Pongsiri PK Saenchai

Four-time Muay Thai World Champion Pongsiri PK Saenchai Muaythaigym began training in Muay Thai at just 7 years old, after he saw children his own age competing at a local temple festival. He had previously seen bouts on television before with his uncle, kickstarting a lifelong dream to become a World Champion.

Pongsiri dedicated himself fully to his training and went on to realize that dream several times over, winning the Thailand Championship, a WBC World Title, and several prestigious stadium belts, including the vaunted Lumpinee World Title. An incredibly prolific competitor, he amassed nearly 200 bouts before his even turned 30. Known for his aggressive, never-back-down style, Pongsiri has been in several memorable battles to date, with his reputation eventually bringing him to the global stage of ONE Championship.

Training out of the famed PK Saenchai Muaythaigym, he made his ONE debut in February 2020, stepping into ONE: WARRIOR’S CODE to compete for the ONE Super Series Featherweight Muay Thai World Title on less than a week’s notice. Although he fell short in his first World Title shot, Pongsiri is determined to continue testing himself against the best strikers on the planet. He is driven by the desire to attain glory for himself, his camp, and for Thailand, and he will stop at nothing in his quest for the belt.
